Q - What is Restaurant Row?
A - Restaurant Row is a website dedicated to providing information about restaurants in your hometown and throughout the world. Whether you are looking for a quick bite, to celebrate a special day, or try something new, Restaurant Row can help you find what you're looking for. You can browse, review, reserve, share, and bookmark your favorite restaurants; create a 'My Row' account with us and save all the places you have and would like to dine out. So whether you're a foodie or just plain hungry, we make finding a place to eat as easy as it is fun!
Q - How is Restaurant Row different from other restaurant review websites?
A - Restaurant Row differs because it is the first of its kind. Since 1994 we have been committed to keeping up with this industry that is constantly changing. We really listen to our user's feedback, if you have a comment or report on a listing you will hear back from us! Also a lot of our restaurant listings are updated by the restaurants themselves, just another way wew try to bring you the most accurate and up to date information possible.

Q - How do I submit a review for a restaurant?
A - Click the 'REVIEW' button on the main navigation bar and fill in the required information. A 'REVIEW' button is also located on the individual restaurant listings as well as a Facebook 'Like' button. In addition to your comments you can rate restaurants by food, service, ambiance, and experience.
Q - Do I need to be a member to review a restaurant?
A - You do not need a 'My Row' account to submit a review. However, we do encourage our users to sign up for an account in order to keep track of where you have reviewed. Becoming a member also gives our users the opportunity to bookmark restaurants where they would like to dine in the future.
Q - Am I allowed to say something negative about a restaurant?
A - Restaurant Row wants users to report every aspect of their dining experience when reviewing a restaurant, even if that means portraying a restaurant in a negative light. We do, however, encourage you not to embelish on your experience and stick to the facts.

Q - I don't know the name of a restaurant. How can I find it?
A - No worries! Click 'SEARCH' on the main navigation bar and under name search you can type in what you think the restaurant name might be and click on the 'sounds like' button. If you really don't know you can still search for a restaurant by proximity to an address, zip code, and by city/state/country. To make life even easier, you can narrow down your search by cuisine, ambiance, features, and entertainment.
Q - How is the 'TOP 10' ranking results of restaurants determined?
A - Top 10 results are determined by the popularity of a restaurant on our site. The restaurants that are searched for the most and the most positively reviewed received the highest rank.
Q - How do I add a restaurant listing?
A - Click the 'ADD' button on the main navigation bar and fill in the required information. The more information you fill out the more helpful it will be to users. And don't forget to include a review! Please be advised all restaurant submissions will be confirmed by Restaurant Row staff before going live on our site.

Q - How can I add my restaurant to Restaurant Row?
A - Click the 'ADD' button on the main navigation bar and fill in the required information. The more information you contribute, the more helpful it will be to users. Send us an email inquiry to receive your own login info in order to make updates to your listing! If you own several locations, represent a restaurant group or chain contact us about submitting multiple locations at once. Please be advised all restaurant submissions will be confirmed by Restaurant Row staff before going live on our site.
Q - How can I edit the information on my listing?
A - If you notice the information we have for you needs to be updated you may click on "Is this accurate/report problem' and selecting the appropriate issue from the drop down menu. If you wish to contact us to discuss in detail you may submit a request for an edit by filling out the contact us form or calling us directly at 914.921.3200, our office hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
Q - Can users make reservations for my restaurant?
A - Yes! Reservations can be made directly from our site for your restaurant without you having to make an expensive software purchase. If you have a phone we can make a reservation at your restaurant for users who submit requests. If you do not have an account with us, users will be charged $4.95 per reservation. However if you would like to make reserving at your restaurant(s) FREE for consumers please contact us about our reservations program.
Q - How do I report an unfair, innappropriate, or offensive review?
A - If you would like to report a comment about your restaurant, please contact Restaurant Row at 914.921.3200 or send your feedback to us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button and filling out the comment field. If necessary a Restaurant Row staff member will be in contact with you.
Q - What is 'My Row?'
A - 'My Row' is a more interactive experience. The sign in process is quick and easy and allows you to keep track of restaurant you have reviewed, bookmark restaurants where you would like to dine in the future, and enables other members to be a fan of your reviews!
Q - Is the 'My Row' membership free?
A - Yes! There is no charge to have a 'My Row' account!
