Approach by sea or by land; either way, you enter a special spot on Orient Beach. From your beach chair, gaze out at the islands that protect our magical bay: Green Cay to the south, Pinel and Little key to the north, and Tintamere to the east. Our soft breezes and gentle waves will bring you relaxation. Herve and Dominique and the rest if the friendly and capable staff will bring you everything else that you need.
Stop in for light snacks and beach drinks at our Beach Bar or settle down in our restaurant for a complete lunch. Start without delicious appetizers: grilled corn, moules, fried calamari with a spicy sauce, or everyone's favorite, slightly spicy accras (fried saltfish cakes with an even spicier sauce). Keep it light with one of our Caesar, Chicken, or Nicoise salads or simple with tomatoes and mozzarella or melon and prosciutto. Want a bit more? Add smoked fish, sushi, scallops, lobster, or duck breast with St. Marcelin cheese to your salad. Of course we have hamburgers and a wide range of pizzas. If you want a complete meal, we can tempt you with lasagne, lobster pasta, a rack of lamb, entrecote, T-bone steak, filet mignon, or a mixed grill, but our seafood is as fresh as can be. The lobsters come form our own tank and the snapper, grouper, and tuna come from our local waters. Choose one of our red, white,or rose wines to complement your meal or make it a celebration with one of our champagnes. At dinner, the restaurant switches over to a Vietnamese menu from the famed Baie d'Along Restaurant previously in Sandy Ground. When the sun goes down, the waters shimmer in the moonlight as our staff pampers youwith an exotic blend of French and Vietnamese tastes. Stop in soon for a day (or night) you won't forget. One of the best restaurants on one of the best beaches in the world. This is no beach shack (but you can get a hamburger), but a real restaurant that takes itself quite seriously ...
