Brasserie Perrier is acclaimed restauranteur Georges Perrier's (of Le Bec-Fin fame) second restaurant. The cuisine is created by Chef Francesco Martorella (James Beard Foundation Best Mid-Atlantic Chef nominee for 1999) and consist of Nouveau French with Asian and Itlaian influences. The wine list includes anecclectic mix of wines from small quality-oriented French, Italian and American vineyards. Brasserie Perrier is also the only American Brasserie to feature the famous Metear beer from Alsace, France. Banquet and private dining Facilities are also available.

I worked with the staff to plan a business dinner for 50 people. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional and the room was spectacular. I highly recommend the Brassserie Perrier!
