Formerly known as Tavola Toscana, Toscana Kitchen+Bar is a more casual version of this perennial winner of Delaware's Best Italian restaurant. The bar next-door is the in-spot for live jazz and sophisticated late nights. Outdoor dining and brick oven pizzas are just a few of the additions to the classic Toscana. Owner chef Dan Butler also owns the area's best seafood restaurant, Deep Blue Bar and Grill.
