Chef Mark Pettyjohn along with Master Sushi Chef Kazuhito Takahashi have created an inspired menu, featuring the freshest seafood and seasonal produce the San Francisco bay area has to offer. Serving Allen Brothers Prime Beef flown in from Chicago and Seafood from around the Globe. Menu items include: Roast Seabass with Seafood Gyoza and a Mushroom-Shoyu Broth, Wild Mushroom Bread pudding, Mustard and Coriander Seared Local Salmon with Truffled Baby Vegetables and an English Pea Sauce, Thai Tea Creme Brulee with Coconut Doughnuts and Crispy Tuile.
