Giovanni is an Italian chef and lover of gourmet food and wine; and Nancy studied culinary arts and wine in Italy for many years. The cuisine that they offer is not strictly Italian but its roots are there. Most of the ingredients used are organic, often locally produced, meats are guaranteed to come from farms that do not use antibiotics, hormones and/or cruelty. Artificial, industrial, processed ingredients are banned from the kitchen. The origin of any ingredients is fully disclosed on request.

Menu is seasonal, everything made from scratch including pasta and bread, organic and local ingredients, great wine and cheese selection.
