Matera Caffe features a wood fired brick oven where we bake our artisan pizzas with dough made from our freshly milled flour. We also slow roast our meats in this oven, making our paninis and sandwiches some of the best in the area. Gourmet breakfast is served daily until 11:00 AM, noon on Saturday, and all day Sunday. We also feature specialty coffees with our unique house blend Honduran coffee beans.
