A traditional French brasserie, Balthazar has a bustling railway station atmosphere and serves rustic favorites like steak frites, duck shepherd's pie and pan-roasted chicken. They also specialize in seafood with a variety of fish entrees, as well as a well-stocked oyster and shellfish bar. Entree prices range from $11 to $17 at lunch and $16 to $28 at dinner, with the majority of those under $22. Balthazar maintains an extensive wine cellar.
