This is a classic rib joint (hence the name) with mostly down-home food. The dry-rubbed, slow-smoked ribs are local favorites, served in baskets of varying sizes or in combination with patiently marinated chicken (whose wings are available, in ample portions, as appetizers). Burgers and chicken breast sandwiches are on hand for smokehouse-averse patrons. There's also a kids' menu. Soda, beer, and wine are served, and champagne bottles are kept handy for "celebrations."
