Susanna is a registered Dietitian and UCLA master's in public health graduate.

Following the family recipes which originated in Palermo, Sicily, Susanna has combined her modern training with the traditional Italian delicacies to present a menu offering all the flavor of homemade Italian food with all the advantage of modern nutritional sciences.

Susanna's food is prepared with fresh and wholesome ingredients, cooked or baked to order, with special care, just like Grandma use to do.
