A bistro Parisienne in Dallas? Mais non. Owner Jean-Michel Sakouhi has gone out of his way to make this former antique shop turned Paris boite feel authentically French, from the tiled roof to classic dishes such as duck confit, pate, and, of course, escargot. Chef Victor Garcia puts a mild spin on traditional French cooking, as with his peppered and pan-basted pommes frites. Quietly artful service and decor complete the effect.
