At Elle, a wine country restaurant, owners Jeff Fuld and Fernando Elizalde offer exciting, fresh cuisine. The extensive wine cellar includes more than 300 selections, with many wines by the glass.
Appetizers include Citrus Shrimp Ceviche, made with Serrano chilies, ginger and cilantro, and Baked Brie in Puff Pastry with walnut nuggets, dry tart cherries and topped with Spanish quince Dijon cream. The entrée menu has Butternut Squash Ravioli with spinach and sliced mushrooms in sage brown butter sauce, Grilles Center-Cut Pork Chop over roasted-garlic mashed potatoes with a roasted-tomato mushroom ragout, as well as Sautéed Shrimp over basmati rice with Kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes and spinach topped with an aged, red-wine goat cheese.
