The fabled ocean liner The Queen Mary is dry-docked here, hosting a hotel and some fine restaurants. While Sir Winston's represents the height of shipboard elegance -- ornate appetizers, elaborate entrees including venison and beef tenderloin foie gras -- the Promenade offers lighter and less expensive fare, from spicy wings to pastas, steaks, and chops. As with Sir Winston's, the Promenade is pleasantly appointed and offers commanding views.
