Located in Historic Downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts, the Rodman Candleworks was built in 1810 by Samuel Rodman, as a factory for the production of spermaceti candles which were made out of raw whale oil. Today, the Candleworks Restaurant caters to the dining experience with style and distinction. The eclectic menu balances continental, American and Italian choices of chicken, seafood, pasta and beef entrées with a selection of wines from around the world.
