This local village cafe is close to the beach in the village of Carsbad. Breakfast and lunch are offered daily and Friday evenings the restaurant serves a fabulous fish selection. Prices are excellent and portions are large and the service is warm and friendly. Banana pecan waffles, santa cruz omelettes and ben's wild man eggs are some breakfast favorites.

Very friendly place. Good food & service. Breakfast special was excellent. I lingered quite a while reading the newspaper & doing crosswords & my coffee cup was never empty.
You should try this cafe. The food is very good and really reasonable. The Waitresses are friendly and the owner is great. Treat yourself to a good breakfast or lunch here.
