Patgonia Grill is an Argentinean restaurant with enough American selections to accommodate statesiders who resist moscillos (blood sausages) and mollejas (sweetbreads). Other starters include empanadas and potato-onion tortillas. Entrees range from a vegetable plate, ravioli and grilled salmon to a big grill plate of a strip steak, skirt steak, half a chicken, chorizos and moscillos. Desserts, like flan or caramel crepes, can be accompanied by Argentinean tea. The atmosphere is casual.
