This food we had the pleasure to test Saturday August 17, is really at the highest level, not only because it was good but mainly because there is so much creativity in there with a poetical up date and a mariage of flawors and savours so rich and appropriate. I am always wondering how and who had the first the idea to create a new disch, what is the mysterious process that leads to the harmony ? The only answer I found is " these guys have something more than we, like Mozart was hearing the music faster he could write it". Last but not least , we can find in Jean Georges' team that the transmission of passion is also very present, and a nice , they have got the virus and they are happy to tell about, because nothing is better than sharing these emotions. Believe me , go and make your own idea on a special occasion, it makes sense to do it at least once in our lifes.
