St. Paul Grill

The Grille is located in the Refurbished St. Paul Hotel in downtown St. Paul. The atmosphere is wonderful with rich woods and a beautiful view of the park across the street. Service has been very good. When service has been bad (and it has), I believe the fault has been in the kitchen, rather than with the servers. I have had wonderful meals there, and I have had some pretty dreadful experiences. The kitchen has been up and down and does not seem able to deliver consistent quality. Given the expense, this restaurant does NOT deliver. The kitchen is inconsistent. It's products range from very good to quite bad. Your experience might be wonderful, or expensive mediocre.
