The chef/owners use their long experience and world travels to develope unique dishes that change with the seasons assuring the freshest ingredients. When you go, plan to sample the all the courses from soup to desert. Highly recommended apetizers are Escargot Pot De Creme (escargot in a reduction of cream with bacon and garlic) and Lobster with pesto mayonnaise. All of the appetizers are unique and delicious. Entrees always include selections of fowl, seafood and meat. Here is where MacDuff's shines. As mentioned, no ingredient overpowers another and you will savor every bite. Without a doubt the Rack Of Lamb is the best I've had anywhere. Don't forget desert.
