Shang Yuen Chinese Fast Food

Shang Yuen is average tasting, not that good really. It’s alright if you live on 55th St and have nowhere else to go that is close. Their egg rolls are decent. The cashew chicken is good if you take out the cashews and the chicken. Hands Down.
