Cafe Max at Scotts Valley Hilton

This is by far the best option for a nice sit down meal in Scotts Valley. I wasn't quite sure about "hotel" food but they seem to take a lot of pride in a wide range of fresh and interesting menu items. The bar is also a fun place to meet friends. Scotts Valley has needed a place like this for some time!
