Quip's Pub

When I entered Quips Pub I thought I was in a little pub in England. Quips' charming, British atmosphere is a pleasant change from the brass & glass of the corporate-backed "Pubs." Quips Pub serves traditional Fish & Chips that are better than any I've had in England. Of course, I don't like skin on my fish, so the fresh, batter-dipped, boston blue and hand-cut fries are a delight. Quips has a full menu. It isn't one of those "gourmet" places, the menu is simple, but the food is delicious. Quips has 12 draught beers, including Guinness Stout. I don't know what they do, but the Guinness keeps its head to the very last drop. Quips is definitely worth the trip.
